Bounds sometimes called frog hops, is a high intensity plyometric exercise. This exercise should be performed on a flat soft surface such as grass. It can also be performed on stadium steps, jumping two to three steps at a time. However it is not highly recommended due to the hard surface most stadium steps are made from. Concrete steps can cause extreme jarring of the joints.
